We receive many inquiries about Thomas Rooms and the reservation status frequently changes. Since Email inquiries are prone to mistakes due to the delay in checking Email, please make Thomas Room inquiries over the phone.
The room rates are for one room.
*The weekday rates apply on Nov. 2 and Dec. 22.
*Extra bed available.

1. The above room rates are for one room.
2. Check-in time is 15:00 and check-out time is 12:00.
3. Extra bed (Japanese room, bedding): 5,000 yen / Baby crib: No charge
   (Extra beds may not be available in some rooms. Please check with the hotel staff. Due to the size of the bed, extra charges apply to provide bedding for children who are three years old or older.)
4. Different cancellation charges apply to the Thomas Rooms.
5. Information about Fujikyu Highland *Please check the holidays and operation status of the attractions.
6. The above room rates include service charges and taxes. The details and the rates are subject to change.
7. An additional bathing tax applies to the above rates for hotel guests who are 12 years old or older.
8. Please inform us of the time you would like to dine at the restaurant when you make your hotel reservation. Please note that guests without restaurant reservations may not be able to dine when they wish to, especially during busy seasons.
